with Joshua Michaell
November 11, 2017 • 1-5 PM
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is the quintessential yogic text. Comprised of 196 potent truths, the Yoga Sutras illuminate the most subtle and refined workings of the mind and chart a direct course from suffering into freedom through the knowing of one’s essential nature.
Utilizing three primary distinctions of Sanskrit sound and the powers of chanting, we will explore an empowering selection of Yoga Sutras that will add greater levels of understanding and dimension to your yoga practice, both on and off the mat.
Class will be fun and interactive. No experience with Sanskrit or the Yoga Sutras is necessary.
